Ultra strong glue

Hi, I'm considering gluing wood to metal, the wood will be subjected to a lot of stress. My question, is PL400 the only option? Or is there another adhesive?

I would use adhesive that is not elastic (it is pl400)

One of the most important questions is whether it is for indoor or outdoor use.
And is it important that the joint is elastic or can it be completely rigid?

Good point there. It's indoors, a garage that is heated to 15C in the winter. It must be rigid.

Forgot to mention that there will be vertical load on the adhesive.
