Hi, looking at a house built in 1980 that has a raw basement accessible from the outside of the house. Trying to avoid blåbetong and wondering if anyone can help determine if it's regular lightweight concrete?

There is also a "well" in the basement that we believe is a drainage well, the sellers don't know what it is but they've never had issues with water rising. There is a pipe leading to a pump that pumps away if the water were to rise.

Grateful for input

  • A basement with a Nilfisk vacuum cleaner against a concrete wall, surrounded by storage items like bags and a guitar.
  • Concrete wall and ceiling with a drainage pipe in a basement. The surface is textured, showing wear, with possible cobwebs, framed by wooden beams.
  • A concrete floor with an opening revealing a sump pit, including pipes for potential water drainage in a basement built in 1980.
