My wife and I have designed a villa with the help of an architect and we sent in the building permit application last week. The intended constructor has now informed us that he can't produce a construction drawing until at the earliest in the fall. We are in great need of finding a new constructor who can help us produce a construction drawing as soon as possible. Any tips?
