Tips and feedback on privacy screens

Hello,
I'm going to help someone build a privacy screen by the jacuzzi against the neighbor/bush.
They want one identical to the existing one by the deck that was already there before they moved in to maintain uniformity.

It will be screwed to the jacuzzi's wooden deck.

The problem is that I can't find 45*70 impregnated timber with NTR A to buy as a private individual, only NTR AB.
It might be about 5cm above the stones outside the decking.

The previous ones have placed the beams directly on the deck.
With the new one, it might be about 2mm above the decking.

Should it be built differently or do you have any other tips?

Is using end grain sealer on the beam something that helps?

They are considering not having a cover board/top beam, just a slanted top, is that okay?

Why do you want to build with NTR A? No part of the privacy shield will be in contact with the ground, so AB is perfectly sufficient.

Is it okay for the studs to be directly against the deck if it is not NTR A?

Yes, it is. Ntr A is best if you are building in an area that is extra moisture-exposed, like a pier or down on the ground and soil.
