I wonder if anyone can suggest where in Uppsala and surrounding areas one can buy woodworking timber?
I'm an enthusiastic amateur interested in most types that work for furniture.
Unfortunately, I don't have much space in the garage and therefore prefer buying dried timber.
Perhaps someone has some woodworking timber to sell

Joungs in Valö has its own planing mill and usually has fine pine in stock. And they are never difficult about selling smaller quantities. Works like a regular lumberyard in that respect. However, I don't know about the moisture content of their timber.
No idea. I have only bought pine from them. Mostly in the form of specially planed moldings, etc., but sometimes in the form of unprocessed planks directly from their stock. As far as I know, they are not specialized in carpentry wood; it's more a consequence of them supplying raw materials to their own planing mill combined with a small operation and good service, which means you can buy wood directly from them.
When I was searching earlier, I found this link http://smasagarnaiuppland.com/ which in turn links to små sågar, including around Uppsala. However, I did not proceed with my project, so I haven't looked into it further than that. But maybe it could be a starting point?
