Hello. I have a 1 ½ story house with an unfinished upper floor. I want to build a bathroom, and the idea is to have tiles on the floor and walls. I have removed the floorboards that were on the joists as water and sewage will need to be arranged. The joists are 45x195 with a center-to-center measurement of 600mm. From what I understand, I need to reinforce them in some way. The load on the joists spans about 3.8m. If I am to reinforce with noggins, what dimensions should they be? Is 45x95, for example, enough? It should be noted that it seems the roof trusses have "twisted" as they are not entirely straight, so the noggins might not fit snugly all the way. The plan is to have a 50mm sewage pipe running through the noggins from the sink and a 75mm pipe from the floor drain (they will not go in the same bay). An electric underfloor heating mat is intended to be installed since I do not have any water-based heating. I will not be doing the tiling work myself, only the preparatory work of reinforcing the floor and framing the walls. Hoping for some help here.

Check the instructions from BKR on how the floor and walls should be constructed.
