Hello
I want to tile my masonry wood stove. It's a fully masonry thing with a wood stove insert. Is there anyone out there who has experience or tips?
When burning, the masonry part gets really hot. I want to pimp it with tiles now, and I think it would make a nice accent in the room.
But is it possible, with the heat and all?

White fireplace with a black metal door, a small fan on top, and a storage compartment below. Items are stored to the left in a black container. White corner fireplace with a black door and fan on top. Statues and a potted aloe plant are displayed on the mantle. Statues and cat figurines on a shelf, alongside a potted plant, under a hanging bulb and near stacked books on a wooden shelf.

Best answer

Dressed the chimney breast with decorative stone, used tile adhesive, the powdered form.

Ok, thanks.
Nothing particularly heat-resistant or flexible for temperature changes?
Any specific type of stone, or is tile okay?
Do you have pictures?
