tidy up the ceiling after wall demolition

Hi, I've torn down two walls in the apartment and was wondering how to make it look nice on the ceiling where the wall used to be.

It depends on what the problem is, is there a missing ceiling where the wall was?
Is it just missing paint?
Are there different ceilings?
Etc.

If the ceiling is made of concrete, both plaster and paint are missing from the ceiling
It's the same kind of ceiling on both sides of the old wall.

Then you'll have to plaster/spackle it together and paint

Nothing is impossible.
What is the structure of the ceiling like?

Yes, not like in new houses where it's grained, but a bit more uneven hard to explain. Maybe it's possible to buy paint with sand in it? To achieve the texture.

Is it like pizzeria structure? There are structural agents in different sizes to mix into the paint.
