I have a small question regarding the transition between the sill and the door frame.

My wooden house is built on a concrete slab. Under the sill, there is a strip of plastic with two rubber seals. But what does the transition to the door frame look like when you reach a doorway? What do you put under the threshold? The frame is usually screwed only on the sides, so you should lift the frame from the slab during installation, right?

There are several ways to solve this.
Continue with the rubber strips under the door sill as well. Place plastic/wooden shims or other spacers on the rubber strips and then place the sill on these. The spacers provide space for caulking.
Or continue with the sill even where the door opening should be. This will give a higher placement of the door as it is placed on top of the sill. So it depends on how you planned the connection to the floor.

often you just put shims under the door. partly because you install door trim all around. and then there is usually a drip plate on the threshold. either loose or already attached
