Threaded holes in concrete ceiling

Hello!
I want to attach hooks to a concrete ceiling, max load about 100 kilos, but I want to be able to easily take the hooks down. Is it possible to install threads in the ceiling?

There is something called a drop-in anchor. It works roughly like an expansion bolt, but you hammer in the expander with a drift.
