Hello!

An entrepreneur is supposed to build my house, with an unfinished upper floor.
The manufacturer is Eksjöhus.

I'm having trouble understanding what is meant, as I'm a novice.

Regarding the upper floor, it says:

"House to be finished on the ground floor and insulated with vent and gles on the upper floor, but the rest is unfinished. Installation of radiators and fixing of drain for the upper floor included."

What does it mean:
Insulated?
Vent?
Gles?

I had understood it as there will be a completely insulated upper floor with finished outer walls that have particleboard on them. But maybe it's not like that? How do you interpret this before I go to the seller or entrepreneur?

Grateful for help.

Vent: ventilation.
Gles: glespanel. It is the layer inside the moisture barrier in the outer roof. It's ready for panel cladding but not more. It is as far as you need to build to have an insulated shell.

Edit: If the well is to be fixed, glovspån should be included. But a clearer specification wouldn't hurt.

I had asked Eksjöhus about sections and then asked them to go through exactly which layers they plan to put and what is not included.

Thanks for the response! I'll check with the seller after I've got kött på benen and everything is under control :)
