Stone window sills

I'm planning to buy 20 window sills in various lengths in a light stone like marble. I've received quotes from 14-20 thousand.
Are there cheaper options, and what should I consider? Which stone do you think I should choose?
Any tips on a cost-effective supplier?

Belgian limestone is cheaper. Now in Corona times, I don't know about the deliveries. Check with Perssosten in Hällabrottet, they are usually reasonably priced.

Hi, limestone is often cheaper, for example jura Grey which is very beautiful!

Have had an idea to have slate myself. Maybe not as bright as you might have in mind, but does anyone have tips on where to find that? I'm thinking it might be a bit better in price?
