I have started tearing up an old linoleum mat that was on the indoor concrete stairs, the old contact adhesive that held the mat in place wasn’t hard, but when I pulled it away, parts of the old filler on the stairs came off.
Now to my question, when you generally fill stairs in concrete, this is not about repair but more for aesthetics so that it looks nice when you paint, but of course it should hold when you walk on it.
Is cement filler applicable? When you need to fill in parts where old filler has come off?
