Hello!
We are building an indoor stone staircase, have poured concrete that needs to be adjusted in size to fit, and now the limestone treads and risers are to be installed. The staircase goes down to the basement and meets a wall, hence the size limitation.
The staircase will consist of 12 steps that are 27.5 cm deep after the riser and are planned to have an overhang of 2.5 cm. Is it a reasonable measure for the overhang, or can it be increased a bit? (0.5 cm-1 cm?)
The width of the staircase is 94 cm at the top steps (meeting the wall) and then 104 cm, and the last three steps toward the basement increase in width by 10 cm.

Please help me, all the skilled people on this forum.

I have exactly the same measurements as you think it works well

Thank you for the response, but would 3 cm be too much for the overhang?

No one?
