Found a very good solution for my staircase, instead of options like Lundbergs or stepkit.

Today we have a beautiful and durable laminate floor from Pergo. The appearance is not entirely unlike this in terms of the profile where you join two boards together.

The question then is how does it fit with the stair nose profile that is said to fit? Where do you join them? :confused:

It's probably just a matter of gluing it on. Looks like a rabbet to cover the edge of the laminate board.
