I need to open up a roughly 15 cm wide strip of a drywall, and the channel will be placed between two studs. Ideally, the strip should align between the centers of the nearest studs, but that's not possible because one stud is blocked by a door frame. What's the best way to patch up the strip afterward? Is a wider OSB board behind the solution, or is there a smarter way?

If it is difficult to fit OSB, I have previously patched drywall with simpler planks at regular intervals and just screwed them in, spackled, and painted.

Why not take down the gipsskivor and put up new ones?

Ideally, of course, it would be to ensure that the strip runs between the center of the nearest studs but that's not possible due to one of the studs being blocked by a foderbildande door frame.
We're talking about a 15 x 150 cm strip on a 5-meter long spacklad and painted wall. I just don't see how it would be justified to put oneself in a situation where you have to dismantle the entire door frame and replace all the drywall for this small fix.

Would definitely try to get in a piece of OSB. Quick and easy!
