Spacers

Hi,
I'm planning a kitchen renovation.
I've done it before, but then new studs, wood, and drywall were installed so the entire wall became even.
If you need spacers for IKEA's Metod suspension rail if the wall is uneven and there will be no new studs and boards installed, as seen in this IKEA video, see 02:40min, do these from Biltema work or what are they called?
(if no wooden pieces are found during the renovation to be used)

They work with the rail, but that's the least of the problem to get it straight, you also need support at the bottom of all the cabinets.
