I've read a bit in old threads, but new materials and solutions are always emerging, so I thought it would be a good idea to raise the question again.
Is this a good construction to eliminate both impact sound and speech/music between floors?
From top to bottom:
floor (tiles, laminate, carpet)
floor gypsum 15mm (glued)
28*70 across the beams (floor heating coils)
joists 220mm cc30 (95mm wool board + 95mm ground board or other compact board at the bottom)
spars cc30 (across the beams)

I've heard of a solution for a "free-hanging" ceiling. As I understand it, you screw, for example, a 45*95 into each beam and then screw spars across, which the gypsum is screwed into. This is supposed to dampen impact sound well, but I'm having trouble finding information that confirms it.
Another variant I am considering is to screw 45*95 across the beams and fully insulate that space, then screw spars that the gypsum is screwed into. Which of the variants would be best, and does anyone have practical experience with either?
How much does it help to screw double gypsum boards to the ceiling?
I don't want to lay double gypsum in the floor because the floor heating becomes slower then.

Sound bridges, or so-called acoustic profiles, do somewhat to reduce impact noise, about 2-3dB. It's good to separate the top of the floor structure from the bottom against vibrations. It's important not to screw these too tightly so that the spring effect doesn't get "punctured." A single incorrectly screwed screw can cause issues. What is also important for sound dampening is the floor's stiffness, mass, and insulation thickness, which should be over 200mm. So a heavy, stiff floor structure with plenty of insulation is recommended. Double gypsum boards in the ceiling provide a certain effect, though I'm not sure how much. It does increase the mass somewhat, which is beneficial.
