Something similar to Rockite in Europe

Hello,
In the USA, I bought Rockite or Quikrete, a quick-drying (15 min) fine-grained expanding concrete used, among other things, to anchor screws in concrete, etc. It is sold there as "anchoring cement". However, I haven't found anything similar in Europe; does anyone know if it exists here?

It is for small concrete details in hobby projects, and the fine-grained nature and expansion are important. Thanks!

Do not know if it is correct but if it goes by the name anchoring cement then maybe ankarmassa? Like http://www.essve.com/CM/sweden

Thank you! Might be true, I'll have to try. I assume essves is a type of epoxy? Can't find any ingredients list
