Hello,
What do you think is easier, horizontal or vertical råspont?

Liggade was how it was done in most houses before chipboard and plaster arrived.

It depends on what is behind it. If there are standing planks and you don't need anything in between, then horizontal is best.

Why?

Why are you considering making a material choice that is both more expensive and labor-intensive and doesn't have any obvious advantages?

But surely you understand, flat boards have no soul.
Råspont has life, they twist and bend.

And which direction, naturally diagonal because then they climb the wall as boards do.

Honestly, isn't råspont more pleasant to work with than large, unmanageable, sharp OSB boards?

Yes, definitely.
If you'd rather work than be done! 😄

What do you do then if you want drywall on?
Aren't they at least as large and unwieldy? Maybe you should skip the drywall then?

It will probably be råspont, 20mm, or splurge with 23mm.
