Hello!
I have started a project to build a lampshade. I'm now planning to create a copper grid and thinking I'll solder it; how do I do this in the neatest way? The "original" doesn't have any solder lumps like the ones we're used to from when we soldered in school when we were younger.
This is the lamp I will build: http://planett.se/product.html/fagellampa--voilire-demi-grande?category_id=29
All tips are welcome.

You need the right tools. The best is a small gas flame; there are small ones with a gas canister and built-in lighter. Then it's important to have a good fixture for the wires because you need your hands for other things. Use solder wire with built-in flux, radiolod. Make sure the wires press against each other and heat the area with the gas flame and dab on the solder wire in between. A small drop is absorbed and becomes completely flat. Remove the flame and blow on it for cooling.

Maybe if one thread is wrapped around the other 360 degrees at each intersection.
