Planning to replace our fixed plexiglass windows on the veranda with sliding ones from Skånska Byggvaror, who have a campaign on the Optimal series now. According to their installation instructions, there should be at least 10mm in width and 5mm in height to be able to adjust the frame. Then, if you read at the end, it says to use soft sealant to fill between the frame and the structure. How are they thinking there, I wonder? If I leave, say, 15mm in width and everything works fine during installation, it will look really bad with a lot of soft sealant to fill the gaps.

Or have I missed something?

The manual is not very clear and their support wasn't much help in explaining...
