Sliding doors sloped ceiling that can be cut

I have a room above the garage with a slanted roof all the way down to the floor. I would like to install sliding doors and create a kattvind for storage but without making holes in the ceiling or floor.
How can this be done in a simple way?

How far out do you need to go to get a good space for shelves? Just measure and buy sliding doors that fit. These can be bought at various places. Installation then takes place between the floor and ceiling to fit the height.

Maybe one meter from the floor, but how can you mount the tracks on the ceiling without screws?
