Slab on columns

Hello all experts!

I'm planning to try my own small construction project in Thailand and want to build something like the following.



One question that comes up is how I handle the slab/floor on the pillars.
Pouring on the ground and then lifting might not be possible. Can it be cast in place? How?

How do you then make a mold that can support the weight, etc.?

Can you not buy or cast concrete beams yourself to place on the pillars?

Otherwise, the classic method when casting vaults is to use a lot of props and formwork.
