Sill paper between joists and sill?

I am building a "friggebod" and getting a lot of inspiration from http://byggafriggebod.se/

Now a friend asked me if I should place "syllpapp" between the frame and the sill. It doesn't seem to be done here anyway: http://byggafriggebod.se/5-stomme/

What do you think?
