When the framework was to be placed on the deck posts, some were slightly too low (placing them directly on the posts) and I need to shim between with something. There are so-called shimming plates http://www.beijerbygg.se/templates/BB_ProduktListingFlera.aspx?id=10299

But if the substrate is slightly uneven, isn't there a smart construction foam that becomes hard as hell and withstands cold/rain/snow/ice etc.? It would have been convenient to spray in and then cut away. The plates will probably work fine, but still...
 
Just occurred to me, just mix cement and press it in between?? Does it hold as a "wedge" without reinforcement, to have a bearing beam on?
 
If it is plintar, then you should screw the framework, right? Use through bolts of the correct dimension and tighten them well, so the framework doesn't need to rest on the plintar.
 
It turned out like in the picture, a metal bracket holds the bearing line level in a couple of spots...
It is the gap to the plinth that needs to be wedged...

Note, not to scale in any way. It differs by a centimeter or two.
 
You can wedge with anything that holds its shape and withstands the environment, like some leftover galvanized material, for instance, but is it necessary then? If you screw as Nik206 writes into the metal bracket, that should be enough.
 
A galvanized metal angle on the other side and screw straight through.
