Share shell blocks?

I'm going to build a wall of cinder blocks, and they need to be stacked in a half-bond pattern. How do I need to cut the block easiest and best? Should I rent something?

There are no end and corner blocks for 150mm cinder blocks, how do I seal corners and ends best?

A cut with a disc that takes concrete to divide. You simply have to shape the corners.
