Our painter used a metal-reinforced joint tape that he applied. We placed both the OSB and plasterboard 10mm from the finished floor. It turned out really well.
We bought aluminum strip in L-profile 15x15, pre-drilled and attached it to the lightweight concrete with mounting screws. Then it was thickly plastered against the strip. We think it turned out very nice!
