Hi!

The other day we leveled a bathroom floor where the leveling compound just ran out (or so we thought) on the last millimeter of the slope to get it right. So I need to extend with a few millimeters of leveling on certain parts of the floor, which is leveled with Ardex K75. The minimum build height according to the datasheet is 3mm, so since I will be applying this on an existing layer, I wonder if anyone knows if it matters if it becomes less than 3mm when applied on the same product but with primer in between? It would be nice to get the grading perfect instead of having a 3mm edge.

The thickness is related to the surface tension. Isn't there any filler that can be applied in thinner layers?

An alternative is to apply the filler with flow up to the edge and then fix the transition with a putty spatula when it starts to dry.

Aha! Thanks! Yes, then I can scrape them when it's dried a bit, and it will be great. Thanks!
