Hello!
I just tore out a sauna and I'm turning it into a small office. I've installed waterborne underfloor heating and now plan to use self-leveling compound, approximately 30mm I think. My question:
What's best, to first put up drywall and then use silicone in the joints and against the existing concrete floor, or to use the floor joists as a stop and then after levelling compound is down, put up the drywall?
If using option 1, do I need to use special drywall that can withstand some moisture, since I assume it will get a bit wet against the drywall while the leveling compound dries?
Best regards, MsMuffins
