We are going to build a new inner wall and need help finding a suitable sealing strip or similar rubber to place between studs against the floor/wall/ceiling for soundproofing purposes. What do you usually use? I am happy to receive suggestions on product names/links

Hi, you buy an underlay with a finished damping mat underneath, easiest. Otherwise, it's possible to glue on any sealing strips.
