sealant is good between oak threshold and tile floor in the recreation room?

What type of sealant is best suited between the oak threshold and the tiled floor in the basement rec room? On the other side of the threshold is a shower area directly connected to a sauna. The floor in the shower outside the sauna is tiled with tiles on the walls. There are many different types of sealant, but I haven't quite found the right one yet. Does anyone know better what type it should be? I've checked a bit on Bauhaus online, but .........?
