Putting up some drywall boards on one wall (13mm), but realize I don't have any drywall screws at home...
However, I have a bunch of particle board screws 4.2×51 mm. Can I use these or should I just go and buy the right screws?
The drywall is to be mounted on studs + wood wall.

Usually doesn't work well, too small skull.

Well, the board won't fall down, if that's what you mean by "works." But with any slight bad contact between the board and the stud, the screw will go right into the board. In the worst case, after you have plastered and painted.

Buy proper drywall screws to avoid a lot of trouble later. It's not that much fun to plaster.
