Hello! Does a sauna door also keep the cold in a wine storage room? I was planning to have the room at between 14-16°C.
Doubtful. It's usually a single pane of glass and doesn't seal very well against either the frame or the floor. So I don't think it insulates very well. I'd probably rather go for something like a patio door with glass all the way and insulated glass. Such a door also has sealing strips and a proper door handle to make it tight.
