You can moisten and mount the plasterboards directly on the stud frame before you've placed the insulation and plastic. Once they have dried, take them down again, finish the wall, and reattach the now curved boards.

I forgot a sheet of fiber-reinforced gypsum board on the trailer one summer night, and the sheet stuck out about 50 cm, and indeed it had been bent by the moisture/dew. I later saw at Fredells (Stockholm) that they moisten the gypsum board and then bend it, so it certainly works.....
