Roof to basement

Hi,
I need information about roofing material for my basement with exposed side. A glass room will be built on it. In the glass room, I am considering having tiles or plastic flooring with underfloor heating.

I am wondering which materials I should use for the roof of the basement that will also serve as the floor for the glass room and in what order.

Hello,
I was going to cast a concrete slab on composite sheets (e.g. http://www.kumlaviken.se/peva45.html ). Underfloor heating pipes embedded in the concrete. Then lay tiles directly on top.
