Roman rings in the ceiling?

Hello.

The ceiling is concrete and I am considering which solution is best and most discreet.

I have 2.7m in ceiling height so it should work well. I want to find a discreet solution that is not noticeable as I plan to have the mount in the living room, the most important thing is that it can be easily restored the day you sell the apartment and move on.

I have looked and found this ceiling mount:

Do you think it supports my approx. 100kg?

Tips on other discreet ceiling mounts or solutions are welcome.

Is it enough with plastic plug and trapeze hook?

Was considering some form of concrete anchor/expander type, http://www.biltema.se/sv/Bygg/Faste...lankforsinkat/Expanderskruv-10-st-2000017999/

But I'm a bit concerned about how easy it is to remove these and restore the ceiling.
