Rockwool Flexibat or steel stud board 37, best for interior wall?

*updated!: Which is best if the purpose is to soundproof/retrofit an existing interior wall/partition wall that currently has no insulation.

Both boards work for my dimensions.

Flexi is for träreglar and the other I probably don't need to explain, if it doesn't matter, buy the cheaper one. Functionally, there is no difference in an inner wall.

It's almost the same, just that flexi has a soft side to better fit in wooden walls that are not always perfect, and the other is adapted for steel studs so they are a bit wider for the same cc measurements since the steel studs are mm wider compared to the wooden studs' cm.
