Did I miss something, is it another house (owner) located at the bottom of your drawing?
If so, you don't need to worry about any cable in the slab or at spade depth.
It's likely located in a conduit at least 60 cm below the surface and possibly together with the water and sewage in the same trench, which is deep.
Thanks Rävlyan (and others) for your kind engagement!

There are five houses connected with garages between them; the bathroom is located at the other end of the garage structure. I'm attaching a slightly larger screenshot showing our top house, below it our garage, followed by the neighbor's house structure, the neighbor's garage, and so on :)

If the cable is in the slab, it would be tricky, but hopefully, they've placed it, as you mentioned, at a much greater depth and in a conduit.

Have you checked with the municipality if there are any drawings left, it's a large object from the start so it has probably been reviewed by the committee, maybe not, it's many years ago and the archive time may have expired, but you never know. Now there is a little more info (I understand) where is the water meter located, right next to it goes down into the floor and out, if there's a metal cover on the street then the water supply goes out on that side of the house, but the electricity can go under the houses. What is your main fuse, 16, 20, 25? It almost looks like you share the service with the neighbor (3.81) according to the drawing, can't see what the next one (3:82) downward has, can you see how many cables are going into the neighbor's cabinet?
