Ridge joint

About to install the ceiling panel in the vaulted ceiling and pondering a bit about the joint. The panel will be installed parallel to the scissor trusses. How have you others done it, put a molding in the joint or used an "inverted" ridge board to place the panel against?

We will put a list in the joint...what type of list is uncertain yet...

We had the glulam beam visible at the ridge, so we placed the panel against it then...

Ok thanks, I think I'm leaning towards a thicker list, will try with a panel without tongue and groove.
