I am looking for a stone slab for a window, a window sill/window ledge, that is. The type of stone doesn't matter much, limestone, marble, granite... But it should preferably be old and thick. So I am searching in second-hand stores and on Blocket. I've checked all the places I know without finding one that fits, and therefore I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows of any other places I should check. I've been to the following places:
- Malmö återbruk in the free port Malmö
- Tårab in Kyrkheddinge
- Strands överskott in Stora Bernstorp (near Hornbach)
- Metallteknik in Bjärred
They had some stone slabs at Malmö återbygg and Tårab, but they were too shallow. I need them to be over 20 cm deep, about 120 cm wide, and preferably 2.5-3 cm thick. They didn't have that.
