I am interested in a house from 1960. It is single-story with a basement. The flooring is ergevalv. How is this constructed? I can find a lot of information about Ergebjälklag above crawl spaces, but nothing about this type of flooring above a basement.
Is there anything specific to consider with this type of intermediate flooring?
How easy is it to create openings for water and sewer pipes if, for example, you want to remodel the kitchen and bathroom?
