Replacing blue concrete in interior walls, choice of materials
I would choose leca. It is probably the cheapest. When it comes to interior walls, as in your case, thermal insulation is less important. I have walls made of leca myself and find them grateful to screw into. I also have no complaints about the sound insulation.
I have plastered and then painted. Prefer color on stone wall. I don't think one should "ruin" the wall by covering it with plasterboard. That's my opinion, perhaps not shared by everyone.
