Hello! I've searched on the forum and there are many threads about this, and here comes another one.
Recently bought a small single-story terrace house from -59 and the garage, which is made of lightweight concrete, has many quite deep cracks and quite a few screw holes. How do you fill the cracks deeply? Is there some sort of syringe? I found three different bags in the garage and maybe I can use one of them. Repair mortar, DIY concrete, and masonry/plaster mortar.
Have you not considered finding out the cause of the damage, for example, settlements that need to be addressed so that the damage does not recur and get worse?

I suspect it is because the area was previously poorly drained, but now there are ditches and wells that have been there for many years. It is slab-on-grade, so there isn't much I can do about it? And since it is a terraced house, the wall faces the neighbor's bedroom.
I have at least googled a bit and found that repair mortar, unlike DIY concrete, contains adhesion agents to stick better to the substrate. I need to have it ready before the weekend, so I will probably take a chance on it if no one warns me in time.
Haven't had the chance to talk to the neighbors yet, but I tried the repair mortar today before work and it seemed to go fine. It’s supposed to cure for three days, but I still felt a little on it this evening, and if I brush it lightly with my hand, it comes off like sand. Maybe the mortar is too old? As I mentioned, I found it in a cabinet in the house I bought.
I answer myself for the best answers Google says that the mortar I used is too old, so the binder no longer works. Just brush it down and start over. It will be a trip to the hardware store this afternoon.
