We have a single-family house from 1942 and are now about to install a vapor barrier on the interior outer walls and ceiling toward the attic. We will later add insulation on the outside. As I understand it, it is best to use 28x70 slatted panels on both the walls and the ceiling after installing the vapor barrier. This is to accommodate pipes for electrical installations and the like. However, I'm a bit unsure about how closely they should be spaced. The distances I've heard are 30 cc in the ceiling and 60 cc on the walls. The plan is to then install OSB + drywall on the walls and drywall on the ceiling.

Does the above sound correct or is there something I'm missing?

Best regards,
Erik

45x45mm studs on the wall with cc60cm is also good, in the ceiling better with a width of 70mm for easier attachment of the ceiling.
