Remove grout/silicone?

I need to move the kitchen island, it stands on legs, screwed into the wall, and the countertop is siliconed to the wall. The question is how can I easily deal with the silicone? How do I remove it neatly and easily so I can apply new silicone?

You cut it off with a razor blade. If you can get a thin thread in, you can cut with it, but it looks difficult if I look at your pictures.

Cut away most of the silicone with a knife/razor blade/silicone removal tool (and pull) and wash away the last of it with vinegar or another silicone removal liquid. For example:

There are silicone removal agents. I haven't used them myself, but it might be worth checking out. I have cut away silicone and sealant when it needed to be removed, but the conditions were quite favorable.

Alright, I will try the mentioned methods. It feels like it might be difficult to get into the panel seams properly.
