Renovating the interior of a house built in 1981 where I have removed particle boards from the interior walls of the house. What's left on the studs are remnants from the particle boards, stuck very hard. Does anyone know the best way to remove these?

Isn't it easiest to put up new studs?

It probably will be unless someone has a good suggestion for getting rid of the remnants, but I would like to try to "reuse" as much as possible.

It's probably electric planer and chisel instead, but it's a lot of work...

Have tested some different techniques and what worked best and fastest was using the circular saw. In the areas I can't reach, I will try with a bark spade, thanks for the tip.

Try the multi-cutter, it's good for many things. (y) You can rest on the blade and it usually works pretty well to get it straight and even. Then you can fine-tune by pulling it with the tip more directed towards the base, gently. (y)
