Hello!

How sensitive is it if it rains on studs and beams? They dry quickly once the roof is in place and the asfabords, but can they be exposed to "autumn" weather for about a month's time without protection?

Well, the wood doesn't start to rot right away, but you might definitely get mold growth. And you really need to check that it has dried up before you continue with insulation etc.

When we built our wooden house, we had to have heaters and dehumidifiers set up in half of the house once the roof and exterior walls were up because we had a lot of rain, and the moisture level in the framing was too high to insulate and install the interior walls immediately. However, there was no other problem, we just had to wait for the moisture level to decrease to a normal level, and on a construction site, there are usually other tasks to keep busy with :)

Rot is probably not a major risk if it can dry out later. However, one might wonder what happens when the wood swells and therefore changes shape? Angles, measurements, and distances and such.
