We need to fill a few holes in Masonite/particle board after using expansion/Molly plugs. We first tried Beckers Snickeri filler in a tube, but after 3 applications it's still not filled (sinks during curing). We have previously used Kauf on drywall but it is now difficult to obtain. Tec7 cures to a soft filling and Hus Fix is intended for stone/concrete.
We want to avoid strong chemicals like chemical wood.
Suggestions?

You need to have a 2K filler. It's the same when filling in holes after handles on cabinet doors and such. Can't use regular woodworking filler. Or well, you can, but it will take several rounds.

If you want a smooth surface, apply a little wood filler on top and sand lightly.

yes but I don't know what you mean by hazardous to health? What level should one assume? It's not something that smells bad or is dangerous in that way. It's mostly sanding dust you should protect against but that also applies to regular putty.I Ironside said:
