Purchasing in Poland

We are planning to go to Poland on 2/4 to buy a lot of tiles and ceramic tiles for our new house.
It will be quite a bit, about 90 m2 of tiles and the same amount of ceramic tiles.
We plan to have the store send it to the Stena terminal, then they will take it to Karlskrona.
Does anyone have any good advice, for example, how to make oneself understood in Poland and whether you can trust that they really send everything you bought?
